Inclusions :
Accommodation in studio on double occupancy for 2 persons, non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival, all meals, all taxes; check in 12 noon; check out 10 am; meal plan starts from lunch at check in and ends with breakfast on check out day . All other facilities will be charged at extras apart from those mentioned in Inclusions.

• Rs. 1000/-Extra per day on Package for Nanda Devi* rooms
• Rs. 600/- per person per day for skiing (includes equipment, instructor and porterage)
• Rs. 2500/-per person for Xmas / New Year eve supplement (24^th, 25^th and 31^st Dec)

3N4D - Rs 20000/- includes accommodation in Nanda Devi studio rooms, non-alcoholic welcome drink on arrival, one confectionary hamper in room, one candle-lit dinner and one of the following: one complimentary bottle of wine / mock champagne cooler in summers (In absence of skiing) / one complimentary session of skiing in winters

Terms & Condition:

1) -The Booking / Reservation shall be confirmed from the corporate office after the receipt of full payment in advance.
2) - No bookings /reservations shall be entertained below the rates decided as above.
3) - The rates for room / Packages are for two persons on twin sharing basis.
4) - Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis.
6) - Children below 5 years is free and child between 5 to 12 staying in same room shall be charged 50% (with extra bed).
7) - Cancellation: 90% amount room rent / Packages cost refunded before 30 days of arrival date at resort. 50% room rent / Packages will be refunded 15days of arrival date and 25% room rent /Packages will be refunded 7days of arrival date at resort. No refund in any case for cancellation with in 7 days of arrival date at resort.
8) - Proponement / postponement of any booking will be treated as cancellation an liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
9) - Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or anyother transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
10)- Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Packages offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received.
